Neck Pain Chiropractor Palm Beach
Stiff neck. Can't turn your head to check the blind spot. Tension that creeps up into a headache by 3pm. Neck pain is one of the things we see most at the clinic — and often responds well to early care.
What is neck pain?
Most neck pain comes from the joints, muscles and discs of the cervical spine getting overworked, stuck, or out of balance. Common triggers: long hours at a desk or laptop, looking down at phones, sleeping in awkward positions, old whiplash injuries that haven't been properly addressed, or stress that you carry in your shoulders.
Neck pain often refers — meaning it can show up as headaches at the base of the skull, jaw pain, shoulder tightness, or even tingling down the arm. The neck is a busy intersection of nerves, blood vessels and muscles, and small problems often have far-reaching effects.
How chiropractic care can help
We assess your neck range of motion, check the joints individually for restriction, look at your posture and the muscles around the upper back and shoulders, and test the nerves where appropriate. Sometimes we'll suggest X-rays to rule out anything structural that needs different attention.
Treatment for neck pain depends on what we find. Manual adjusting, gentle low-force techniques (Activator, mobilisation), soft tissue release for tight muscles, dry needling (with Ben), and posture-focused rehabilitation exercises are all options. We tailor the approach — some people prefer hands-on, others want the gentlest possible care, and we accommodate both.
